To register as a shipper or carrier, click on the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page. Fill out the registration form, select your user type (shipper, carrier, or both), and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

M-TRUCKS uses M-Pesa as the primary payment method for transactions. When a load is delivered successfully, the payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. Carriers receive their payments within 24-48 hours after delivery confirmation.

To register your truck, you'll need to provide the following documents: Vehicle Registration Certificate, Commercial Insurance Policy, Driver's License, and NTSA Compliance Certificate. All documents can be uploaded through the Documents section in your dashboard.

You can track your shipment by going to the "Track Shipment" page and entering your tracking number (e.g., KE-12345). The system will display real-time updates on the location and status of your cargo. You can also track shipments directly from your dashboard.

M-TRUCKS charges a 10% commission on the total transaction value. This fee covers the platform usage, payment processing, and customer support. Volume discounts are available for high-frequency users and can be discussed with our sales team.
